Terms of Use

By using hdilt ("how do i look today"), you agree to these terms.

What hdilt does

hdilt is a style concierge. You upload a photo, and we generate style notes using AI. The notes are opinions, not professional advice.

Subscriptions

hdilt offers three subscription plans:

• Weekly — ₹49 / week
• Monthly — ₹149 / month
• Annual — ₹999 / year

Each plan begins with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the chosen plan's price.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair Usage Policy

All plans include up to 5 outfit checks per day. This cap resets every 24 hours.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for your account and the photos you upload. You must be at least 13 years old to use hdilt.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.

Your content

You own the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to process them for the purpose of generating your style notes. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated content

Style notes are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. They are provided as-is. Use your own judgment.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue hdilt at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service.

Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Limitation of liability

hdilt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of hdilt after changes means you accept the updated terms.
